Phoenix Bound!

Had a very encouraging doctor visit today with Dr. Burnett. He was very pleased with the chest x-ray and how it looked. There is still a small pocket of fluid by the left lung but it looks so much better than the before. He feels the procedure worked very well for doing it all without anethesia. He said no problem with flying and Hospice Care took care of all the oxygen formalities for the plane trip and while in Phoenix. We are so excited and oh my Mom and Dad can't wait. Thank you for your prayers today.

"I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart; I will tell of all Your wonders. I will be glad and exult in You; I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High." Psalm 9:1-2

Hello again Susan!

Just got on to see how your dr. visit went & I was so thrilled to see the title of the update!! God bless you!!!!!!!!!!! Again, if your schedule allows we would love to see you. Remember, you, Doug, Sarah and whoever is coming down plus any family members from down here are more than welcome to come over for Super Bowl if you would like. Remember your dollars for the board (if you want)! I'm so thrilled for you!!!! I can't wait to see you guys if it works. We totally understand, though, if you'll be busy with family. Have a good trip!! I'll be thinking of you and keeping you in my prayers!!! Ah, the power of prayer, it certainly seems to work, doesn't it. Take care!

Lots of love,
Lisa

As The Lord always has he will continue to bless you on your trip. With your family. Just remember He is the rock as you always taught me.

Thank You Susan And Doug

I never came to you, my friend,

and went away without

some new enrichment of the heart;

More faith and less of doubt,

more courage in the days ahead.

And often in great need coming to you,

I went away comforted indeed.

How can I find the shining word,

the glowing phrase that tells all that

your love has meant to me,

all that your friendship spells?

There is no word, no phrase for

you on whom I so depend.

All I can say to you is this,

God bless you my precious friends.

With all my love Melaina
