Susan is Back Home!

Susan came home today. It took a little more time than we thought for Susan to finish the prescribed amount of water and food before the doctors would release her. But everyone was excited to have mom back home again. This is a picture out front of the house with some of the corn stalk decorations we got at Carver Farms on Sunday. Susan was impressed with our decorating. We are going to stay up on her pain meds and not get behind like we did last week. Cat scans tomorrow at 10:20 am. Pray for the cancer sites to be radically smaller. Thanks again for all your prayers and getting Susan through this.

You amaze us all! Betty Wernersbach told me she saw you in the hospital on Monday, & I am so glad you are back home. We will be praying for God to continue to strengthen you & you will find encouragement in Him. I am praying for your kids & Doug as well.

Aunt Susan,
I am so happy to hear that you're back home now! That's such wonderful news. I hope that the CT scans will show good results and that no matter what, there can be peace and serenity in the present moment and coming days for you and the family. Please tell Hannah congratulations on her engagement! Love, Erin

Susan,
What a precious time I had with you on Monday. Your encouragement to all during this hard time is such a wonderful testimony to our Lord and Savior. I will be praying today for tests and also for the pain. I love you my friend.
Love, Gwynne

This is our first time on your blog and I read everything with tears. We have been thinking about you and praying for you and now we know that we can keep in touch via your blog. We are praying that your heart is ok with everything you have been going through. The Lord is keeping you and your family in the palm of his hand....rest assured!

Susan I love it when you talk about your kids because your heart splits wide open and you become even more beautiful if that is possible? I love it when you so openly and honestly share how God continues to complete you for His good work! It was so good to see you back in your own home yesterday afternoon---we all gave a sigh and a praise and I got to give you a hug too!!! My prayers never stop for you all! Much Love, Cindy
