Wonderful Memorial Service

For those that were unable to go to Susan's Memorial Service, it was a great tribute to Susan's wonderful life. It was a Celebration of Life. It was a worship service. Susan impact on all of us was very evident on Sunday by the number of people there. It was a packed house. I was very blessed by the attendance of many and Susan would have been so happy that it was a joyous, glorifying occasion. So here is the Memorial Program, which was folded once, but I unfolded it and scanned it for you to look at. The poem "Legacy" was written by a dear friend Whitney Olsen, just for Susan in her last days. More pictures will be coming. So stay tuned.

This is a full family picture which was taken of the Hall/Vetsch families after the Service and Dinner at the church. Thanks to all that helped in the Service preparation, the dessert social afterwards (Galilean Sunday School Class) and the family sitdown dinner at the church (Johnsons, Shaws, Elmers, Buckners, etc). God Bless you all.

It was no surprise to read the church was packed to celebrate Susan's life. She was loved by so many. Daily, and throughout the day, all of you are in my thoughts and prayers. Not to mention, I am in awe at the thought Susan is in the presence of the Lord. How glorious this is!

Love, Jean

Hi Uncle Doug and Cousins,

I agree - the memorial service was a great celebration of Aunt Susan's life (and your lives, too!) Thanks again for your hospitality. Hope you're all doing well,

Doug: Getting up in the morning and checking Susan's blog was such a wonderful routine for me it's difficult to sign on and see that it's not changed. We were hoping to get back out to Coeur d'Alene this sunday for church (we were coming to watch a huge Regionals meet in Spokane) but we can't come out. The weather is just too strange and my friend and I do not want to risk it. So just know that you are in our hearts, minds and prayers and will continue to be. Debby Coleman & family
